1. Refunds are applicable only if:

   • The order was not delivered to the customer due to service issues.

   • The customer was charged but the order was not confirmed.

   • The delivered order was completely incorrect.

2. Refunds will not be provided if:

   • The customer provides an incorrect delivery address or phone number.

   • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

   • The food is not to the customer’s individual taste preference.

3. Refund Timeline:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
