Cancellation policy

Orders placed on Freecart can be cancelled only under the following conditions:

  1. Before Restaurant Acceptance:

    • If the restaurant has not accepted the order, cancellation is possible, and a full refund will be initiated.

  2. After Restaurant Acceptance:

    • Once the restaurant starts preparing the food, cancellations will not be possible.

    • In case of special circumstances (restaurant unable to fulfill order), the amount will be refunded.

  3. Delivery Partner Assigned:

    • Once a delivery partner has been assigned and food is in preparation, cancellations will not be allowed.

Note: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
